MAGIC BUS

Magic Bus works with children and young people taking them on a journey from Childhood to Livelihood. The Magic Bus programs have a strong life skills component which equips young people in the age group of 12 to 29, with the skills and knowledge they need, to grow up and move out of poverty.

PRATHAM

In 2005, Pratham launched its vocational skilling arm to train youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and provide them access to employment/entrepreneurship opportunities. Pratham’s vocational programs across the country have enabled youth to access entry-level positions in 8 major vocations (automotive, beauty, construction, electrical, hospitality, healthcare, plumbing and welding).

CHAMBAL MEDIA

Chambal Media is India's singular rural media network. They are a social enterprise with the mission to bring into the digital/internet revolution in India the perspectives and involvement of women on the margins. their flagship Khabar Lahariya, the country's only women-run brand of rural news is leading the movement of hyperlocal content creation for the last 20 years.

CAREER GUIDANCE

ALOHOMORA EDUCATION FOUNDATION

 Alohomora Education Foundation is a not-for-profit enabling large-scale support programs to increase exposure, clarity and confidence in Govt school students to make right career choices in their contexts. Their founders have been working with young people for over a decade and are alumni of prestigious colleges like IIT Madras, IIM Lucknow and Univ of Michigan. They wish to extend career support structures to 1 million young people by 2025. 

ANTARANG FOUNDATION

Antarang Foundation exists for 70 million young adults that live on the margins of youth aspirations, not knowing how to use their education for a better life. Antarang enables social and economic mobility for marginalised adolescents and young adults by democratising access to career opportunities. ​

QUEST ALLIANCE

Quest Alliance fosters 21st century skills among young people by transforming existing learning ecosystems across the school-to-work continuum. As an organisation their vision is to enable young people to thrive as self learners and drive economic and social progress. ​

YOUTH CENTRIC GOVERNANCE

URJA TRUST

URJA Trust is a Mumbai-based grassroots organisation that has been working towards the safety, and inclusion of homeless young women and LBTQ+ (Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgenders, Queer +) youths between the ages of 18-30 years for past 10+ years, with vision for a just, equitable and compassionate society so that individuals can live with freedom and dignity. ​

CENTRE FOR MENTAL HEALTH LAW & POLICY

Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy (“CMHLP”) was founded in 2007 as a unit of the Indian Law Society, Pune (“ILS”). CMHLP imagines a just and equitable world through enhancing communities' capabilities for mental health and well-being. They approach mental health as a development and rights based issue, by collaborating with various stakeholders including policymakers, mental health professionals, researchers, civil society organisations, persons with lived experience and the media to inform evidence-based policy & practice​.

CHILD IN NEED INSTITUTE

CINI is in five decades of dedicated service to women, children, and adolescents in eastern parts of India. CINI’s vision is to create a friendly and responsive community where children and adolescents achieve their full potential. CINI’s methodology aims to achieve the right to health, nutrition, education, protection, and participation for all children, especially those belonging to the most vulnerable groups.​
